The spindle power of a CNC panel saw directly affects its cutting efficiency. If you need to cut thicker panels, it is recommended to use a high-power spindle.
The basic motor for a CNC panel saw is a stepper motor. If you want to slightly improve performance, you can choose a domestic servo motor. A good configuration would be a product from an internationally known servo motor brand. The price difference between the three is also relatively large.
CNC panel saw vacuum pumps are divided into air-cooled and water-cooled types. Air-cooled pumps are noisier than water-cooled ones. If using a water-cooled vacuum pump, consider the anti-freezing issue for the air pump during autumn and winter.

4. During operation, the electronic cutting saw fan must be turned on first. When sliding, gently push the panel into the tool clamp and align it at a right angle with the support plate.
