Design Software
- Fixed an issue where the exported edge banding list did not automatically generate based on the thickness of the panels.

- For Nanxing optimized files, area milling is performed based on the tool diameter in the production software.
- Interfaced with Xin Hong Tian integrated machine, new version. Ban files process back-side grooves, generating label files and NC files for front-side grooves, and NC files for cutting processing.

- The sorting and packaging software needs to display multiple remark columns. This is mainly for factories that only produce door panels, and customer name, room name, and cabinet name need to be displayed in the remarks.

Design Software
- Fixed an issue where the exported edge banding list did not automatically generate based on the thickness of the panels.
In the export report, in the report settings, check the function shown in the image below. The hardware list table finally exported will display the specific information of the edge banding.


- Fixed For CAD imported panels, if there are holes smaller than the cutting tool diameter, the corresponding tool needs to be used to process these holes.
In the drawing interface, the imported CAD files, if the hole diameter is smaller than the cutting tool diameter, the corresponding tool will be used for processing.

- Fixed an issue where cabinet data could not be saved.
Fixed an issue where cabinets could not be saved due to unstable network conditions, and then modifying the name caused the cabinet to be lost.
- Added grid lines with an option to enable or disable them.
In the order interface, under Help and Settings, you can choose whether to use the indicator grid.

- Fixed an issue where the end cap needed to appear on the door panel list; the end cap setting name, including the words "door panel," appears on the door panel list.
In the drawing interface, mainly set the name of the panel. If the name contains the words "door panel," then the exported quotation will include this panel.

- Fixed an issue where door hinges replacing hardware and shelves/side panels caused collisions in the groove.
Fix the issue where the door hinge replaces hardware and the layer board/side panel collision creates a slot. As long as the door hinge replacement hardware name contains "hinge" or "door hinge", it will not generate a slot with the layer board/side panel.
- Added custom door hinge prefix.
Add a custom function for the door hinge prefix, allowing you to add a door hinge prefix based on the specific situation.

- Modified the copying of panels to remove the "(copy)" suffix.
Modify the extra "copy" characters in the name of the copied component after copying the component.
Production Software
- Added Ban Jidong handle-free design: set for single-pass processing, only using the forming knife.
In the production software, in CNC settings, set in the six-sided file. As shown in the figure below, it is mainly used for processing the handle on the surface of the Jidong machine.

- Add docking door panel processing, left and right opening doors, and add door panel processing QR code.
In the production software, add the door panel processing QR code to the label. The operation is as follows.

- Fix the problem of incorrect processing files caused by the automatic start and stop of six-sided information, Jidong processing files, Jidong six-sided files, and Nanxing optimization series files.

Add specified color without texture to the production software. After importing the colors included in the following figure, the textures are automatically removed.

Vertical slot layered processing function, automatically calculates the number of layers to be cut according to the set processing depth.

- Added visible surface edge banding setting.
Add the visible surface edge banding diagram. It will only take effect after setting the visible surface edge banding in the design software. The visible surface refers to the surface that does not contact other components.

- Added option to not cut but generate labels for leftover materials.
Add the function of not cutting but printing labels for remaining materials in the optimization configuration.

- Fixed an issue where edge banding information was not fully displayed in the material list.
Fix the issue where the edge banding is not fully displayed in the material list.

- Added a new wrap-around cutting method to reduce the probability of panel misalignment.
Add a new surrounding processing method. This processing method is a circular processing of small panels, and the last processed panel is placed in the center of the large panel, which can effectively reduce the probability of panel running, but will increase the processing time.

Sorting software
- Fix the issue where the total serial number on the label of the sorting and packaging software changes.
In the sorting and packaging software, the problem that the total serial number of the package changes each time it is re-imported.

- Add a display column function to the sorting and packaging software, allowing customers to select the columns they need to display.
Set the display column function in the sorting and packaging software.
