1. CNC cutting machine operators must undergo special safety training according to the regulations and obtain a special operation qualification certificate before they can work independently.
2. CNC cutting machine operators should strictly abide by the safety procedures for general welders and manual gas welding (cutting) operations, as well as the safety rules for the use of rubber hoses, oxygen cylinders, various industrial cutting gas cylinders, and torch safety operation rules.
3. Before work, you must wear labor protection supplies, and during work, you must wear safety glasses and dust masks.
4. Before operating the CNC cutting machine, check whether there are any debris or obstacles around the machine and near the guide rails. There should be no flammable materials within 10 meters. Check whether the gas source, water source, and power supply are working normally. Check whether the grounding related to the machine is loose, and whether each cable connector slot is damaged. Check the joints of the gas cylinder and rubber hose, tighten the valves and fasteners to prevent loosening, breakage, and leakage. Check the guide rail frame and bed. Check the torch anti-collision device.
5. When making upper and lower plates, you must abide by the safety operation procedures to prevent personal safety accidents or conflicts with the CNC cutting equipment.
6. It is forbidden to use oily tools, gloves, etc., to contact oxygen cylinders and accessories, valves, and rubber tubes. Use tools that easily produce sparks to prevent the oxygen tank or acetylene valve from opening.
7. The operator cannot leave the workstation at will and must pay attention to the machine's operation at all times. Prevent non-operators from starting the machine at will. If warnings and other unexpected errors occur during execution, the pause key must be used to stop execution and handle the corresponding tasks. In case of an emergency during work, immediately press the red emergency stop switch to prevent accidents. In case of a sudden power outage, immediately turn off the main power supply to avoid damage or electric burning due to instantaneous high voltage when re-accounting.

Turn off the system power supply, turn off the main power supply and water source, confirm that each control handle is in the off position, and confirm that there are no errors before leaving. In addition, check and clean the site, and leave only after the fire is extinguished.
