Normal processing conditions for electronic cutting machines are as follows:
(1) A certain gap must be maintained between the tool electrode and the workpiece processing surface. The size of the gap depends on the electrical standards, such as processing voltage, pulse current, and pulse gap. The size of the gap is usually in the tens of micrometers. If the gap is less than or greater than this distance, spark discharge cannot occur. If the gap is too large, the interelectrode voltage is not easy to penetrate the medium, and spark discharge will not occur; if the gap is too small, the positive and negative electrodes will easily short-circuit, and spark discharge cannot occur.
(2) When cutting workpieces, it must be done in an insulating working fluid. Commonly used insulating working fluids for CNC cutting machines include deionized water, kerosene, saponified solution, etc., and different working fluids are used. Under the same electrical standards, the processing speed and surface accuracy are also different.
(3) When using a pulse power supply, spark discharge must be pulsed and intermittent.
(4) The processing material must be conductive. Only conductive materials can generate spark discharge. The conductive materials of CNC cutting machines are generally metal materials and semiconductor non-metal materials.
In recent years, with the rapid development of the furniture industry in China, CNC panel saws have been widely used among domestic furniture manufacturers. Many companies regard CNC panel saws and cutting machines as the same equipment. In fact, they are very different.
1. Different functions
CNC panel saws have a high utilization rate of plate materials. CNC panel saws can automatically calculate the required material dimensions of the product according to the order, then optimize the combination through punching software, and finally transmit the final data to the control system for production.
2. High system efficiency
CNC panel saws have high cutting accuracy and high safety, and are easy for workers to operate.
3. Structural differences
CNC panel saws are controlled by a microcomputer, the computer system completes the order disassembly and material calculation functions, and the panel saw completes the feeding and cutting work.
Five operating steps of the electronic cutting machine:
1. Turn on the power and release the emergency stop button of the CNC cutting machine. Only in this way can we ensure that the CNC cutting machine is ready to start.
2. Turn on the computer connected to the CNC cutting machine, enter the established operating system, find the control device software, and then double-click to open the CNC feeder software on the computer.
3. Check whether the CNC feeding system is normal. If there is an error message from the CNC cutting machine in the system, the CNC cutting machine cannot work anymore, and the cause of the error should be found and repaired.
4. Measure whether the size of the workpiece exceeds the range of the pneumatic clamp of the CNC feeder, and make adjustments. Once the workpiece is too large, it will greatly affect the normal operation of the equipment, and more seriously, it may damage the machine.
5. After the test is qualified, start the pressure device of the CNC cutting machine and carry out normal processing.
